Welcome to MK & JD Gifts! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and purchasing personalized gifts. By accessing this website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not use this website. This website is operated by MK & JD Gifts, a business based in the United Kingdom. Our primary focus is the sale of personalized gifts, and we ship our products worldwide.

“You” / “Your” refers to the customer or user of the website.
“Products” refers to personalized gifts available for purchase on our website.

3. Ordering Process

By placing an order with us, you are offering to purchase a product subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. All orders placed on the website are subject to our acceptance, and we reserve the right to refuse any order without providing a reason. When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid delivery address and necessary personalization details. We will not be responsible for any delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

4. Personalisation

Our products are personalized based on the details you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure that all spelling, dates, and other personalized information are correct when placing your order. MK & JD Gifts will not be liable for any errors made by you during the personalization process. Once your order is placed and confirmed, we may not be able to amend or cancel it due to the custom nature of the products. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure that prices are accurate at the time of publication, but we reserve the right to amend prices at any time without notice. Shipping costs will be added to your total order amount, and these vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal. Your order will not be processed until payment is received and confirmed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

MK & JD Gifts ships to the United Kingdom only at the moment. Delivery times and costs will vary depending on the shipping destination. We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received. All estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as postal issues, or extreme weather conditions. We aim to dispatch all personalized orders within 5-7 business days of order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (where available) once your order has been dispatched. 

If the packed order weight is greater than the carrier's maximum, additional postal fees can also be required. Even if your local mail carrier hasn't notified you that products are being held for you, you still need to check with your local sorting office if you haven't gotten your items. We retain the right to charge an administrative fee of up to 100% of the price of the reproduced product if we reproduce an item for you and Royal Mail returns the original as undelivered. We reserve the right to hold off on taking further action relating to an undelivered item for up to 10 working days after the date of shipment.

Tracked 24hr delivery is available Monday to Friday, except bank holidays for products where stated.
(a) From Monday to Friday, orders must be placed by 1pm to ensure same day dispatch.
(b) Orders placed on a Friday before the specified last order time will be delivered the following week.
(c) Orders placed on a Saturday/Sunday will be delivered the following week.
(d) Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance, please expect your delivery on the next working day.
(e) Our carrier will normally deliver your parcel between 9am and 5pm, but we cannot give you a specific delivery time.
(f) A signature may be required on receipt.
(g) If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place, if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.
(h) If the parcel can't be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.


The Tracked 24 delivery method is not a guaranteed next day delivery service.
Personalised Memento Company will not be held liable for these orders.

Please note: we will not be held liable for any late deliveries if delays occur by causes beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation:-
(a) fire;
(b) severe weather conditions;
(c) industrial dispute;
(d) strike or labour disputes

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product is defective or there is a manufacturing error. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt by contacting us. We may ask for photographic evidence of the defect before arranging a replacement or refund. Please note that slight variations in colour, design, or materials are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

8. Cancellation Policy

To provide a fast service, some products are immediately sent for production. Please check your order on screen and the confirmation email carefully as we cannot refund products which have been mis-spelt. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled if the personalization process has already begun. If you need to amend your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible.

9. Returns and Exchange

If you wish to discuss an item/order, please contact us quoting the order number, name and address, details of the product, the reason for return, and whether a refund or a replacement is required. We will then advise on the next course of action.

10. Incorrect Item Received

If the item received is not what was originally ordered, please contact us quoting the order number, name and address, details of the product, the reason for return, and whether a refund or a replacement is required. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

11. Faulty Item

If the item received is faulty, please contact us quoting the order number, name and address, details of the product, the reason for return, and whether a refund or a replacement is required. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of misuse.

12. Non-Personalised

If an item is catalogued within the Ready To Go category, it is classed as non-personalized. Contact us if you need to return or exchange an item in this category.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, designs, and text on this website, is the property of MK & JD Gifts and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

14. Colour

Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time, and other factors.

15. Limitation of Liability

MK & JD Gifts will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the website. While we strive to ensure that our website is secure and virus-free, we cannot guarantee that the website is free from harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device is adequately protected against viruses and other malware.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase the items in your order, particularly if they include alcohol-related products. In the UK, it is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. Ordering Process for Alcohol-Related Gifts

For alcohol-related gifts, we require customers to verify their age before completing the purchase. This may include, but is not limited to, the following:

Alcohol Orders for International Customers

We do not accept alcohol orders made outside of the United Kingdom.

Alcohol Delivery

If your order contains alcohol, we require the recipient to be at least 18 years old (or the legal drinking age in their country) and provide identification upon delivery if requested. The delivery carrier reserves the right to refuse delivery if the recipient is unable to provide valid identification or appears underage. In such cases, the order may be returned to us, and you may be charged additional shipping fees. Due to legal restrictions, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for alcohol products unless the product is faulty or damaged during delivery. If you receive a defective alcohol product, please contact us within 14 days with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Alcohol Sales Compliance
